Procurement Intern- AirFrance KLM

AirFrance KLM are hiring a trainee who will support the Procurement Operations team in Budapest.


Activities for Procurement:

  • collect the suitable set of contractual documentation from the buyers
  • upload the documentation in the documentation management system
  • prepare the suitable registry folders
  • proceed the E-approval flow, follow up approvals
  • perform the electronic contract E-signature process
  • collect requests regarding pricing, make changes in the appropriate systems accordingly
  • register Suppliers for non-E&M
  • registers vendor numbers
  • keep the vendor/supplier database clean

  • Ongoing studies at a Hungarian accredited university / colleague
  • Intermediate English verbal & written
  • Good communication skills

  • Good technical affinity


Flexible working hours (Availability in min. 20-25 hours/week)
